Our design packages are broken into two parts. There is a 20% booking fee that needs to be paid up front in order to secure your booking, and the remainder that can be paid before the project is complete.
Our maintenance packages are billed monthly on the same day every month.

Booking fees are non-refundable as they are a percentage of your total project cost. Booking fees are our way securing your spot on the calendar. We book projects in advance, so backing out of your spot leaves an empty space that could have been given to another project. Deposits ensure the client is serious about moving forward with the project.

The 20% booking fee is re-applied to any project that needs to be rescheduled or delayed. We have other projects booked out that we need to work around when a client needs to reschedule or delay. This fee is non-refundable and is an additional fee on top of the package price! Rebooking fees ensure the client is serious about moving their project forward.

At this time we do not maintain client marketing that we haven’t been the establishing designers on.

We only design on Squarespace. It provides intelligent developer capabilities while being an incredibly user-friendly platform. We love Squarespace because we can create a beautiful and custom website that’s easy for our clients to manage on their own terms.

We don’t set up any third party softwares such as scheduling or client portals but we will integrate them on your website for you.
You are also responsible for Squarespace hosting, domain and Gsuite fees.
Lastly, you are also responsible for filling out any documentation that we send you in timely manner as well as provide feedback or approve our designs.
